Acceptable Use Policy

Statzy is a professional platform. To keep it safe and trustworthy for everyone, the activities below are strictly prohibited across every feature — links, QR codes, bio pages, shared reports, white-label sites, and MCP endpoints.

Prohibited content

You may not use Statzy to distribute, link to, or host:

  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any executable intended to harm devices or steal data.
  • Phishing pages or credential-harvesting kits.
  • Content that sexually exploits minors, or any child sexual abuse material — reports are forwarded to law enforcement immediately.
  • Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or targets individuals or groups with hate speech.
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, or other goods and services prohibited by law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Spam and unsolicited messaging

You may not use Statzy links, QR codes, or bio pages in unsolicited bulk messaging (email spam, SMS spam, DM spam, comment spam). Recipients must have consented to hear from you.

Fraud and deception

No scams, "get-rich-quick" schemes, fake giveaways, cryptocurrency rug-pulls, romance fraud, impersonation of Statzy or any third party, or links that misrepresent their destination.

Privacy and personal data

Do not use Statzy to publish or expose someone else's private personal data (doxing), non-consensual intimate imagery, medical records, or private financial information.

Abuse of analytics

Analytics data belongs to the workspace that owns the link. Do not attempt to inflate, forge, or scrape analytics events, and do not use analytics to identify, profile, or surveil individual visitors. Statzy is not designed for people-tracking.

Abuse of shared reports and bio pages

Public shared reports and bio pages must comply with this policy. Do not use them to run misleading marketing, embed prohibited content, or bypass another platform's rules. Password-protect sensitive reports before sharing.

Technical abuse

Do not:

  • Circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or authentication.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to breach Statzy's infrastructure.
  • Overload the service or launch denial-of-service traffic through Statzy links.
  • Automate account creation, reuse throwaway emails to abuse free-plan limits, or resell Statzy access.
  • Misuse MCP integrations to exfiltrate data you do not own.

Reporting abuse

To report a Statzy link, QR code, bio page, report, or account that violates this policy, email statzyhq@gmail.com with the URL and a short description. We investigate every report.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination — with or without notice depending on severity. Where the law requires, we cooperate with authorities.
