Refund & Cancellation Policy

Statzy is billed as a monthly subscription. This page explains how renewals, cancellations, refunds, and failed payments work.

Monthly subscriptions

Paid Statzy plans (Pro and Plus) are billed monthly in advance. Each billing period gives you access to that plan's features and limits for 30 days. The Free plan has no billing and does not renew.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation is immediate in the sense that auto-renewal is turned off — but your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep access to everything you paid for.

When the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data, links, QR codes, and reports are preserved; only paid-tier limits and features are removed.

Renewals

Unless you cancel, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the card on file. Renewal reminders and receipts are sent to your account email.

Refund eligibility

Because Statzy is a monthly digital service, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in the current period after cancellation.

We will consider a refund of your most recent charge if you contact statzyhq@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and one of the following applies:

  • The service was materially unavailable to you for an extended period.
  • You were double-charged for the same billing period.
  • The charge was clearly the result of a mistake (for example, an accidental renewal immediately after a failed cancellation).

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.

Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, bank decline) we retry a few times and email you. If the payment cannot be collected, your account is downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current period until the payment is resolved from Billing.

Subscription expiration

When a paid subscription expires (through cancellation, non-renewal, or account closure) paid-plan features are locked and plan limits fall back to the Free plan. Content that exceeds Free-plan limits remains stored but hidden until you upgrade again.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please email statzyhq@gmail.com — most billing issues can be resolved directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending resolution.
