By creating an account or using Statzy you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Account & access
You must be 13 or older to use Statzy. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable usage
You agree not to use Statzy to distribute malware, phishing content, hateful or illegal material, or to violate intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Payments & refunds
Statzy runs on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Each action — short link, QR download, export — costs 1 credit. Top up at any time from the Billing page. Unused credits do not expire. For refund requests, email statzyhq@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but Statzy is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Your data
You retain ownership of the destinations, content, and metadata you publish through Statzy. We claim no rights over your links or reports.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
