Terms of Service

By creating a Statzy account or using any part of the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Statzy is a subscription SaaS platform providing URL shortening, link analytics, link-in-bio pages, QR code generation and analytics, shared analytics reports, white-label branding, and MCP integrations. Features available to your account depend on your active subscription plan.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Statzy. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Notify us immediately at statzyhq@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share a single account across multiple users — each end user needs their own account.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include distributing malware or phishing content, publishing illegal material, infringing intellectual property, and abusing analytics or shared reports. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Statzy offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Plus). Each plan includes specific limits — active links, QR codes, bio pages, monthly shared reports, daily clicks — and specific features. Current plans, prices, and limits are shown on the Pricing section and in Billing.

Free-plan accounts remain free indefinitely, subject to fair use.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise displayed. Payments are processed by regulated third-party payment providers; Statzy never stores full card details.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. Invoices are available from Billing → History.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the card on file. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from Billing. If renewal fails, your plan is downgraded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, that pose a security risk, or that remain unpaid after repeated renewal failures. Where practical we notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.

You retain full ownership of the destinations, content, branding, and metadata you publish through Statzy. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Statzy, the Statzy name and logo, and all software, designs, and documentation we produce remain our property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for redirects and dashboards, but Statzy is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We may schedule maintenance, deprecate features, or make changes to improve the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid Statzy during that period.

We may update the service, plans, or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use Statzy after changes take effect means you accept them.
